Wow, so much hatred from you folks.
We were walking down East Sixth a few weeks ago and met Amanda. There were people inside and we thought they may be open, but she came out and filled us in. She was super nice and explained a lot to us. Plus, it looks really nice inside and out.
Your negativity without experience is messed up shit.

Unless they seriously increase the number of bar staff, this place is going to be rough on any busy weekend night. I appreciate they are making complex cocktails, but they seemed to struggle to keep up on a medium-crowded Saturday afternoon even using drink mixers to speed up the Ramos gin fizz prep.
Most cocktails were solid. One was a little unbalanced but maybe just sorting out recipes still.
