  1. So at 425, are you getting any smoke flavor? I may do that next time. I used to do it at 200 for 30 minutes then crank the heat up. Also, do you think it’s juicer the faster it cooks? Need all the hints I can get..lol. Love the video!

  2. Killer chicken John! Me like some saucy chicken. So what’s the idea behind separating the white and dark meat? Are you putting them on different sections of the grate (dark meat near the smoke stack)?
