Box arrived like this – meats were mostly still sandwiched between ice packs but the bags were warm
I should just throw the whole box out and request a refund, correct?

Definitely request a refund, that is unacceptable, however there is also still probably a lot of salvageable food in there that you can use for other things in the meantime

It’s up to you and your personal preference if you want to keep the food. But 100% request a refund.
Customer Service will tell you they can put a credit on your account but you can request a refund to your card if you would prefer that.
