Kept going through the small jars in about a week. I was about to try making my own but found this T H I C C boy jar at Gordon Food Service. Is this Chicago staple used anywhere outside of the Midwest area?

    It’s pretty popular in NY, I always have a jar in my fridge. I have a bad habit of not making real meals after work and I’ll just eat random cheese, meat and pickled stuff out of um fridge like a goblin.

    Smoke a chuck roast and get some Italian rolls. Make French dips and melt some good white cheese on top of this. It’s absolutely amazing. Larrys Giant Subs gets it right and they use this particular giardiniera.
