
Despite me not being huge on kale (I’ll still eat it though it’s not my favorite veggie), this was pretty good! I definitely prefer kale with other stuff in it rather than on its own so this definitely did a good job of that. Though for me personally, it was a LITTLE too much kale so next time I think I’ll use half of it. I also did skip the almonds because I do not like nuts (no allergy here, just have an issue with the texture of nuts). The chicken I got was a little strangely shaped so even though I followed the instructions exactly on how long to cook it, I still saw a faint line of pink in it when I sliced it. With beef that would’ve been fine, but I know you do NOT F around with chicken and IDK about y’all, but I’d rather not spend all night tonight hunched over the toilet, so I stuck it in the microwave for 30 more seconds and that fixed it 🙂
