  2. Hi Dimitra! I am obsessed with spanikopita at the moment and I actually saw phyllo cups (frozen) in the supermarket and these were my first thought! I think i’ll make them for Christmas with your recipe. Thanks!! πŸ˜˜πŸ’•

  3. Hello dear Dimitra I am in love with this recipe I made the pie version and the squares . I will try this tomorrow but I modify Feta cheese for kafir cheese and goat cheese. I mean you said we can use any cheese we like right? And still delicious!!! Thank You very much. πŸŽ„β€οΈπŸ™

  6. I have made my share of spanakopita, but never with totally uncooked spinach.
As good as these seem to come out, I might have to change my ways!
    Thank you!

  7. I've made before, but excited and wanted to make in the muffin pan, so I searched, and, wonderful you came up!!!l Making this today, to take to our visit to our cousins for tomorrow brunch β˜€οΈπŸ’β˜€οΈThank youβ˜€οΈπŸ’β˜€οΈ

  8. Dimitra you’re the best. I have been following your spanakopita recipes for many years now. Your tips are the best I have found. The ease of using baby spinach that Is uncooked is a game changer! I’ve shared this idea with several YiaYia’s in my neighborhood and they look skeptical until they try one of my spanakopita triangles! And they are amazed. They are a tough crowd so that says it all! Can’t wait to try these phyllo cups !
