I was wondering if the list of recipes for this book is available somewhere? I was thinking about buying it, but wanted to know if it only contains the same recipes as their website? Or are these new additional recipes? If it’s the same recipes, I’ll go with a different book to have more recipes.

I have the book but I’m not sure if there are any unique recipes that aren’t published on the site. I’ll check.
Edit: The book has a recipe for “Kiwi Lime Jam” that doesn’t show up on the website. The website has “Kiwi Jam” and “Kiwi Lime Raspberry Jam”, but no “Kiwi Lime Jam”.
A couple of ones I see in the book that aren’t on the site:
– Basil-Mint-Plum Jam
– Apple-Raisin-Walnut Conserve
Although I did find recipes for those on other sites. But yes, there are definitely recipes in the book that are not on Pomona’s website.
Also, consider checking out your local library. I live in a small town and my library has a whole big section of cookbooks. And library pro tip, you don’t actually need a library card to go into the library and look at books. Only to check them out. At least every library I’ve been to.
In my opinion this book is definitely one to have if you use Pomona. The author doesn’t work for Pomona but the recipes were developed in collaboration with the company. I’m sure someone here will mention that none of Pomona recipes have undergone government testing. For what it’s worth though, my personal favorite is Cherry Amaretto Conserve.
