  3. This is my all time favorite. When I can’t find great veal I use pork chops which are a very good alternative

  4. Where’s the gravy/sauce? Maybe I’m all messed up but I’ve always seen cutlets served with gravy. Of course I’m from SoCal and we put sauce and gravy on most meat dishes in my family.
