  2. I like meat. I can always eat meat. And still…this is my favorite dish ever.Nothing ever tastes better than a good Melanzane alla parmigiana ! Nothing !

  3. My favourite Italian (Roman) has always been Julius Caeser but now its Gennaro, I love how he cooks and yes, I know Gennaro isn't Roman but he's still my favourite Italian. FAB recipe.

  5. I prefer my aubergine dipped in plain flower and then wipped egg and then fried for the parmigiana. Never had like that the Aubergine for the parmigiana
