In this video I take a 9 pound Pork Butt, season it, smoke it with Cherry Wood on the SnS Grills Kettle, and build some fantastic Party Sliders topped with homemade Coleslaw.

That was one of your best pulled pork butts, you could see it. Top notch Ry. I'm going to unfreeze some pulled pork because now I'm hungry for it. lol Great video.
Thanks for the cheater tastes! lol! great looking sliders, Ry!
Omg, that looks amazing!!!
Awesome video Ry, From start to finish, Made me hungry. 👍😎
Perfect timing. I have two large pork butts coming off the big green egg in an hour. I'll be following your video the rest of the way. Thanks!
Loving the keeping the rolls together method. Pickles sweet ?
Another fabulous looking pork butt! I’ve got an 8lb butt thawing in my fridge now for tomorrow. Gonna smoke it on my Weber Kettle.
Hey there, I was wondering what do you recommend for a charcoal grill, I’m in the market for one and looking at the weber models how do the Weber kettle models, differ from the S and S charcoal grill?
Alright, you got me. Will be trying this out. Never smoked before, but you make it look easy. That bbq looks so good.
Good looking sliders Ry.
Those looked really good Ry!
This is brilliant! Gonna do this soon.
That is a really good looking pork butt cook. I know it's simple, but you had a very good result. Nice touch with the buns in the toaster oven, they looked like they tasted great.
Out of the 9 pounds how many do you think ended up getting once cooked and removed the bone? Thanks for sharing this lovely video!!!
Every time I watch you Ry I’m inspired to get cooking 🤘🏻 thanks man
Your videos are of the "first like then watch" type!
Great video Ry, as always. Love pulled pork!
I think part of the reason it came out so well was the quality of the meat. That pork butt looked very well marbled 👍🏻
If ever you open a restaurant, there should be an eating challenge where they have to eat the entire set of party sliders plus sides and a drink.
Knowing how that rub tastes I could literally smell it when you were pulling that butt apart!!! YUUMMM!! Seriously that looked so good! So glad you loved that rub on there. I’m going to remember this next party post Covid! 🙌 🔥
Save some for me I love pulled pork
I absolutely hate slaw, I have just never been a fan, yet here I am second guessing myself saying maybe I do need slaw on my pulled pork. Looks great Ry thanks for all the great content as usual!
Great idea with the rolls. We always lose a few that don't get used. Nice way to solve that! All around a brilliant idea and cook!👍😁
That is an amazing cook Ry! That pork butt had some great marbling and came out super juicy. 12 little sliders or 1 big one….really nicely done!
I have to start smoking without a binder. Your bark on your smoked meats is always so nice compared to mine. Seems like I have certain wet spots on my meats a lot of times.
10:03 – That's that good lense steam. 🔥
Tough to beat a pork butt on the ole SnS. Those sliders looked tasty! Terrific cook, as always. 👌
Once again you had to mention plane water, and I still can't find any. One of these days you'll let me in on your secret.
Great looking sliders Ry!
Tasty looking sliders!!! The pork came out great 👍🏻. Really nice job
So I've been following you for a while and love your videos. Used some of your recipes with great success. How did I not know about Mercury Rising and Knowing? Should have known there was more to you with that great mind. Cheers!
The Postal BBQ rub is fantastic! Well done, per usual.
I love my WSM and my Kamado, but I have to say that the best pulled pork I have made has been on a kettle with a slow and sear.
Did you make some thing whith the juice left? Grats from Guadalajara!
Hey Doug, love your channel, teacher’s approach, and outstanding recipes. When is your next Hunsaker video? Just ordered a Hunsaker and want to see more of your great cooks!!! Keep up the great work.
That looks delicious! The OG Rub from Postal Barbecue is fantastic. It produces such a great color plus it tastes outstanding! I have 2 bottles enroute now! Excellent video and idea! Cheers!
I thought the whole point of the slow and sear was the water reservoir you don't need to spritz.
RY that looks amazing. Nice work! That is on the try list!
Great video! You're thoughts on fat side up or down? I'm about to do my first small pork but on electric smoker😀
You just have to keep rubbing it in my face oh, because you know that I can't find plane water.
Which kettle do you prefer to cook on? I am looking at getting a kettle this spring/summer and I’m not sure which one to get.
Thanks for the tips! I love pulled pork party sliders!!!
Absolutely perfect !!!
Goed
I’m looking for some peach barbecue sauce can’t find any don’t want anything hot or spicy any recipes or where to find some
Looks really good…juicy
Hi Ry! For smaller pork butts- say a 3.25 pounder…is it possible the stall won't happen?
Im getting hungry lol
You sir, are an artist.
