  1. I just made this right now with ground pork instead of lamb. My grocery store didn't have ground lamb, but it was amazing!! Thank you so much Onepotchef!! I always look forward to your videos!! 😀

  2. Watched a few of your videos and am wondering if you are trying to keep salt low.
I.e., when you're adding the ground meats to the pot, you don't seem to be salting it. That is the only time that you'll be able to get that flavor into the meat.

  3. From the few times I have had lamb meat, I cant say I love it.However if its YOU making it, I am sure its tasty!

  4. Hi Chef, I have 7 pounds of Lamb. It is organic, some from New Zealand. I have never used lamb before. It looks so beautiful and delicious I had to try it. I used up 2 pounds making a Salisbury steak, and the meat tastes and smells reminiscent of goats milk. I can't get past the smell. While I do now enjoy goats milk, this is not what I want in my meat. What can I do for the remaining 5 pounds to not have this smell again?

  5. Thank goodness you mentioned pork mince being suitable too. Went to Aldi to grab all the ingredients. They had all kinds of mince but of course not lamb, so got pork and veal mince. All I can do now is hope for the best. 🤣

  6. I made this last night with some beautiful lamb mince from Kilcullen (Ireland). Outstanding result! I simmered it for nearly an hour at the end, which seemed to intensify the flavor. Thank you!

  7. I'll need to use green part of spring onions as I have fructose allergies and many others and my son in law word have to leave out the tomatoes as he has night shade allergies
