Labneh is a soft Middle Eastern cheese made from strained yogurt also known as Kefir Cheese. If you don’t have it you can use Greek yogurt instead, however the texture will be a little lighter but it will do 🤤!
For those of you wondering what the spice I added to the pita is, it is called Za’atar and is a Mediterranean dry spice made of oregano, sumac, thyme with toasted sesame seeds and a touch of salt. You can find these products at any Middle Eastern stores near you or at Whole Foods Market.

INGREDIENTS
▢ 1 pita
▢ Labneh
▢ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
▢ Salt
▢ Pepper
▢ 1 tsp of Za’atar
▢ Black Olives
▢ Red onions (optional)
▢ you can add all your fav veggies if you want 😋
