Recipe:
For the dough I used 500g flour , 350ml warm water together with some yeast, salt and olive oil.
Mix and knead until the dough feels good. Let it rest for 45 min.
In the meantime I cut onions and tomatos and mixed it with olive oil, basil, oregano, herb butter, garlic.
After the dough rested enough I put it on a tray and spread it wide with my fingers.
Now put the mix on top of the dough, close the tray with a wet (warm water) towel and wait for 45 mins again. Put it in the oven 200 celcius or 400 fahrenheit more or less for 20-30 mins till the bread looks brownish and crispy. Take it out, wait for 10 minutes and enjoy.
