Recipe:
Vegan yoghurt, any sugar free, low fat, high protein option. I used 100g but I might try 120-150g next time
Vegan protein powder. The original recipe used vanilla flavour which would be perfect to replicate cookie dough imo but all I had was banana, any flavour you like would work though. I used a recommended “serving” of powder, which for this brand is 30g.
Dark chocolate chips. I used 5g of dark chocolate sprinkles because I felt like they would spread though the mix better than chips, but you could chop up a small block of chocolate or use whatever you like. I think I want to try it with chunkier chocolate next time
The original recipe used small amount of a fructose based sweetener you can find in the UK called Sweet Freedom. They are very tasty! I used 3ml of maple syrup instead because it was all I had in the house.
