
I’m trying to use up a large amount of homemade kimchi very quickly, so I tried this recipe. I couldn’t find any dried anchovies for my stock, so I used dried shrimp instead and it turned out great! This has kimchi, pork, daikon, and tofu in it. I shared it with everyone at my work, and it was very well received!
