  3. Hmmmm i think as i am watching it i also smell the aroma of the recipe! Am i the only one experiencing this?

  4. Open flame and roast the eggplant directly on it, best way to get rid of the acidic raw flavor of the eggplant and definitely faster. My das has been making it like that since I was a kid and haven't tasted anything better than his baba ganoush.
