Is there an approved method for pressure canning apple pie filling? I see only one recipe online that says 8 minutes at 10 psi. It seems smart to get advice from here.

Water bath. Your apples will be mushy in a PC.
You do want to be careful about thickeners. It’s been a few years since I did pie filling but I think I used clear jel.
