can i pick my nose now……! oh, wait a minute, it's not over, i've had enough, still don't know how long to cook it…..!
I’ve learnt fuck all, 20 mins in the grill here I go
They look delicious
Tried this recipe last night on our Weber gas grill, great success! Total grill time: 1 hr. 5 mins. After cleaning and oiling the grill, set grill to med. low heat (350 degrees F.), put ribs on grill bone side down. Covered grill for 30 mins. Then, turned ribs bone side up, brushed on Honey BBQ sauce (Williamson Bros). Covered grill for 20 mins. Then, turned ribs bone side down again. Brushed the meaty side with Honey BBQ sauce. Covered & grilled for another 15 mins. Tested temperature inside meat to be 160 degrees F. Grilling's done! Removed ribs. Yum, yum! 👍🏼👏
Oh, forgot to mention in my earlier comment: after patting the ribs dried with paper towel, I rubbed some yellow mustard all over the ribs. Then I put the dry-rub on. The mustard helped the dry-rub stick to the ribs. I saw this method from another YouTube video. Also, I let the ribs marinate in fridge for 4 hrs., although I believe 2 hrs is sufficient. Needed to run errands, so left ribs in marinate longer. 😊

Saying to set the gas grill to medium-low doesn't actually help… just let us know the temperature…
That's pork
BTW trying to remove the membrane underneath is FAR from easy. I tried pulling, cutting, chopping, praying, cursing, then finally gave up LOL

What about if cooking over direct heat uncovered. I am not looking to smoke ribs just grill? What is a good temperature to cook at and how often to flip?
Yum!
i found this on rhe ribs group wall
Confused about something. The video says use indirect heat and to turn off the center burners. Then the video shows the drip pan being put under the side burners, as well as the ribs. This indicates putting the ribs directly over the heat. At the end, the ribs are all across the grill. So, which is it? Should the ribs be in the center away from the heat or not?
