  1. Uh, why can't you just mix the wet ingredients into the bowl you mashed the bananas in, unless you just really like washing extra dishes…..but I think they would be better topped with local honey and some nuts or roasted, hulled pumpkin or sunflower seeds ENJOY!

  3. Try frying in coconut oil and throw some blueberries into the poured batter. Cant beat it.

  5. 2 ripe bananas, mash in a bowl

    1 cup of flour
    1 tbsp of sugar
    2 tsp of baking powder
    ¼ tsp of salt
    1 tsp of cinnamon

    1 egg
    cup of milk
    2 tbsp of vegetable oil
    + mashed bananas
    *Mix*
    +
    put flower into banana mixture

    lightly oil a skillet then turn on to medium high heat

  6. 1. Smash two ripe bananas in a bowl

    2. In another bowl, 1 cup flour (120g) 1 tbsp sugar, 2tsp baking powder and 1/4tsp salt and mix

    3. In another bowl, crack large 1 egg and 1 cup of milk, 2tbsp of oil and the mashed bananas from step 1. Mix it

    4. Mix the wet mixture with the flour mixture. Don't overmix. Do on the pan. Done!

    1 cup milk = 240g
