A **LOT** of drinking experience, money spending, cafe-visits, being friends with baristas, attending workshops, getting calibrated with REAL professionals.

The only real way to improve your coffee, is improve the beans and grind sizes and amounts. The machine itself does all the work so… there’s not much else you can do on that front.
