I need to know how ya’ll do pie filling with clear jel and what prevents this trapping of air.

Every. Single. Jar.
I added 6 cups of water to the batch, boiled for 10 minutes, and reprocessed. Looks like this whole 14 quarts is getting frozen. I’m so pissed and am absolutely going to write to the NCHFP.
Next batch gets half the clear jel (3/4 cup) and the apples are getting boiled for 10 minutes, not “blanched” 😡
