Personal recommmendation: I have a salad of bold red and green leaves (like dark spinach, radicchio). This blend topped over with balsamic vinegar+olive oil, maybe a sliced apple and a few other nuts and a sharp aged cheese: you have yourself a VERRRRYYY satisfying break meal at work. – pharmacy technician, I have to eat fast while standing up next to the sink if I ever have a free moment at all.
I thought there we hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, and pine nuts in there too?
