Wanted to share this years canning adventures.
Second year canning and appreciate this sub in helping me explore new safe recipes.
The extra space on the shelf is making me want a larger garden for next year!! 😹😹
These are pickled peppers, peeled and quartered tomatoes, salsa and two types of habanero jams.

Right on! It’s the best feeling.
Things this sub taught me:
Don’t boil lids (used to do that as a kid with parents)
Remove the rings
How to safely adjust recipes. Such as exchange peppers
Helped explain the science. Such as why veggie stock takes longer to process than chicken stock. I haven’t done that yet as don’t have a pressure canner.
I’m sure there is more. But thank you canning community.
