For obvious reasons, a lot of people don’t want to support Summermoon (which I won’t get into here, but you can use the search function to see the history).
A lot of people try to replicate their “moon milk” however I found a much simpler way to get 95% there. Add a couple teaspoons of this instant coffee to a glass. I’ve found it’s less bitter than other instant coffee and dissolves really well. Microwave like 2-3oz of water and when almost boiling, slowly pour over the instant coffee and stir (the goal is to make the equivalent of a couple shots of espresso). Once dissolved, add about a teaspoon or so of maple syrup (to your sweetness level) and either whole milk, or milk of your choice. Add any other flavorings like vanilla or cinnamon if you desire.
Boom, basically a Wintermoon latte for around 50 cents, 2 minutes, and full bodily-autonomy.
I’ve been doing this daily for over a year and have probably saved thousands.

I’d much rather drink instant than patronize that place, so thank you!

I work at a place with a $30,000 espresso machine, so I just pull a double shot when I come in for free. No need to give those anti-choice bastards my money. I don’t like my coffee sweet either. I want it bitter and dark just like me.

Yo this instant coffee is the BEST in the biz. I’ve had to use it for camping and such and *fuck* every other instant coffee. I used to work at Whole Foods, and that’s where I tried it. Massively impressed. Makes great cake recipes too! 🙂 or you can make a great cheap coffee swirl for tiramisu or cheesecake with it.
Mount ducking Hagen. Terrible packaging, incredible product

Re: Moon milk, just melt high quality vanilla ice cream and use that instead of creamer. You’re welcome.
For those who want the best instant coffee check out [Greater](https://greatergoodsroasting.com/products/pick-me-up-instant) [Goods](https://greatergoodsroasting.com/products/la-victoria-instant) roasting or [Tweed Roasting](https://www.tweedcoffee.com/retail-coffee/instant-coffee).
