During my time in Milan there was this risotto that I was thinking about before, during and definitely after. Risotto alla Milanese basically a saffron risotto is a delicious specialty of Milan. My version is a delicious interpretation but if you are in Milan definitely check out Osteria Brunello for my favourite saffron risotto.
