  3. I'd dare say the only way chicken souvlaki makes sense is on the grill, though chicken breast tends to dry very quickly and has little flavor.

  4. Great chicken souvlaki. Herbs are similar to Italian cuisine. It's a long way off from Turkish and Middle Eastern marinated kebab. Ps. I loved the music.

  7. I’m going to try but will throw it in the crockpot. I know I won’t have the crispiness bc I’m terrible at grilling. Glad measurements were included.

  8. i'd also put some garlic powder cause those chopped garlic wont stick flavor onto the chicken like that. Also, i see some people add greek yogurt in their marinade too
