I made this last night and it was perfect. It pulled without any effort, just grabbing it with the tongs.

Ingredients:

2.5 lbs pork shoulder

1/2 bottle of G Hughes Hickory BBQ sauce

Twisted q Texas brisket rub

Garlic powder

Lawrys seasoned salt

Steps:

Throw the pork shoulder in, cover with the rub and other seasonings, throw on the bbq sauce, and put on low for ~8.5 hrs.
