Bite it, if it’s a decent amount hotter than a jalapeño but tolerable and with great flavor then it’s definitely a Serrano. The best pepper of all time. It could be something else entirely but it resembles Serrano

My favorite thing to do with these is roast them and use them in a green salsa in place of jalapenos. Delicious.
