Im moroccan ! All the ingrediens are good but in morocco we use parsley, cilantro, lemon, garlic, olive oil and fish spices to make a salsa (sauce) that ee use to cover all the ingredients ! We use the dame salsa to marinate the fish two or three hours before we cook it !!!

I love that fish looks so good
