  2. Cooking with Jo Jo with Homemade Chef Jo Ann Jones.

Jo Jo use of ingredients like butter and cream will be questioned by food critics and modern-day nutritionist. She enjoys food and have fun making it. It is one of the simplest and nicest pleasures in life for the homemade chef.

Jo Jo's kitchen is fully transformed into a functional set, with TV-quality lighting, three cameras positioned to catch all angles in the room, and a massive center island with a gas and electric stovetop on one side and leaving the rest of the Jo's appliances alone, This kitchen backdrop will host nearly all of Jo's cooking.

  3. Can you prepare chicken fried rice and beef fried rice without the eggs? I'm not an egg person myself, if I were cooking either one, I'd leave off the eggs

  4. Ohh yes,πŸ’― I love this fried rice recipes of yours, absolutely fantastic πŸ‘πŸ‘& thanks for this great sharing, yum πŸ˜‹πŸ₯°πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘Œ

  5. Rapeseed oil not grapeseed. Not usually sold as that these days, now mostly called Canola oil because rapeseed was an important crop in Canada, but the variety was improved by Canadian crop scientists and made more palatable for human consumption. Ordinary rapeseed is now mostly used for animal feed. As for msg, it's a natural occurring substance in many foods, and is no more dangerous than salt. Too much isn't good, same as too much salt isn't good, but msg in itself is not harmful. It's simply a flavour enhancer like salt. So many food myths still floating around and believed. πŸ™„ I wish people would actually do their own serious research and use reputable sites instead of relying on people with an axe to grind. Anecdotal evidence is just stories.

  6. Very good. One suggestion I would make though: after cooking your chicken, I would use a bit of chicken broth or cooking wine to deglaze the pan to get all those nice brown bits of chicken for extra flavor. Or, you could add any real liquid (even a bit of water) to the uncleaned pan and then add your rice to incorporate it the same way.

  7. It looks yummy πŸ˜‹. Watched n subscribed ur channel friend. Stay Connected new friend. Good wishes from Zoeya Kitchen

  9. Man I love fried rice, in fact, the fried rice is how I measure any Chinese restaurant and none of them have topped Wangs Mandarin House out in Memphis, Tennessee! Unfortunately it's more difficult to get there now, since I live in California and not Arkansas where I was at least able to get some of that Rice whenever I went to a class every other Saturday in Memphis.

  10. Thanks for the video. What is the difference in flavour between dark and light soy sauce?
