Just used the recipe from the Ball book. Tomatoes, salt, and citric acid. Cook it forever. This is probably the only thing that I like using quarter pints for. Everything else needs at least a half pint. Does anyone else have good uses for quarter pints?

    Awesome work, that stuff takes a lot of effort! I’ve really only used the mini jars for jams
