INGREDIENTS:
– 1- 2 cabbages
– water
– salt

For the filling
– 500 g gound meat (I had half pork and half beef meat)
– 1 chopped onion
– some green onion
– dill
– 50 ml olive oil
– 1 tbsp vinegar
-50 g rice+ 1 tbsp lemon or vinegar)
– 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
– 1/2 tsp greek mint (optional)
– salt and pepper

– some salted water
– 50 ml olive oil

For the egg lemon sauce
– 2 eggs
– lemmon juice
– 1-2 tsp cornstarch
