  3. On my Italian cold cut subs I insist on provolone and lots of it. Not mozzarella. Provolone is much more flavorful. Oil and vinegar plus mayonnaise. Green olives. Italian ham, salami, gaba, great crusty yet chewy roll. Fresh onion and lettuce. Plenty of oregano….its the best sandwich ever. Thanks Italian culture…..from the bottom of my stomach.
