This is how distracted I am right now: threw it in the broiler and then noticed the garlic salt that I hadn’t added before. So I looked at the recipe, realized it was probably fine to add it, and mixed it in. Back to the broiler

And then as I’m turning around to put the trivet on the counter, I see the giant pile of mushrooms I didn’t bother to cook – which was in the same sentence as adding the garlic salt

I sauteed them and then mixed them in post cook. Was still pretty good, albeit a tad on the shameful side
