Osmalieh is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert prepared with baked vermicelli sandwiched between ashta cream and garnished with minced pistachio.

Ingredients:
– 500g osmalieh pastry (vermicelli)
Homemade Ashta (Cream)
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 4 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 tbsp orange blossom water
For topping:
– Unsalted crushed pistachios
– Rose petals jam (Zaher el Laymoun)
– Sugar syrup
