
Used HelloFresh about a year ago and cancelled my subscription. I since moved and thought I’d give it another go since a friend of mine has a coupon for a free box for a new customer. But when I tried to create a new account, even with a different address, different email, different name, etc., it wouldn’t let me apply the coupon because it’s for ‘new customers only’.
The only thing that is the same is my credit card number, so I figured that’s how they know I have another account. But I can’t get another credit card number ([privacy.com](https://privacy.com) doesn’t work in Canada and prepaid cards are not accepted). Still, many people on this sub claim they send free boxes to themselves every week. So, any idea how to get around this?
And I know HF offers discount for returning customers, but the free box is a much better deal.
