Ingredients:
Meatballs:
500g lamb mince (ground lamb), use beef as substitute
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs sweet paprika
½ handful fresh parsley, chopped
Sauce:
800g diced tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
½ onion, diced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs sweet paprika
½ tbs hot paprika (adjust to taste, ½ tbs makes a nice spicy sauce)
1 egg per serve
Chopped fresh parsley as garnish
1 tbs oil or ghee, use ghee for best results

Cinnamon and meat never tastes right for me, reckon i would leave that out xD or maybe sub in some coriander powder instead
GRETTINGS FROM CASABLANCA CITY ( MOROCCO) this a popular dish meat ball with tomato sauce generally we dont eat it with couscous as u said we cracked some eggs on top or eat it with bread in the traditionnal way i seved with some rice or pasta it's more delicious couscous is generally served with 7 dfferent kinds of veggie and lamb meat or chiken's one if u wana teste it u r most welcomee in MOROCCO my home town

If you're anti cinnamon you can just leave it out, it doesn't really end up being too prominent in this though. You can smell the cinnamon in it though.
