As you can see there is a solid red light when water tank is in correct position. Solid white light when it is out of position. I’ve done a lot of research and cannot find similar issues. I do not have warranty.

Never touched a pixie before but it seems like some sort of connecting piece at the bottom of the tank or bottom/back of machine is messed up a little. No matter what I would take off the tank, wipe down ALL connections from tank to machine then try again.

Also is your capsule bin full? Looks like it will show red when it thinks capsule bin is full or water tank is empty

    From the pixie guide…

“If the red light stays on, there may be some water or steam inside the machine that is interfering with the water level sensors. To clean the sensors, unplug your machine and turn it around. On the back of the machine you should see two small squares that open up. They are to the right of the water intake, and are about an inch apart from each other. They are covered by some transparent plastic. Gently wipe off any water or steam that is covering the sensors. Also wipe the back of your water tank in case there is any water or steam there too”
