Mortadella, coppa, finocchio, cotto, provolone, red wine vinaigrette, dijonnaise, lettuce, tomato and onions… so good. Perfect crunch on the edges and nice chew.

Tried this and the mortadella sandwiches today and these guys deserve any and all the hype. Both were easily top 5 sandwiches.
Flavor combos, ratios, and textures were all on point, but the real standout was how fresh and flavorful the ingredients were. Will definitely be trying out their other offerings!
