essential in the original recipe:tomato sauce & coriander. Nevertheless, I have never thought it like this.
This is the closest I've seen to my grandmother's. She was from Armenia and died at 89 in 1991 and I can't remember exactly what she did but this is very close. She didn't cook rice but rolled it uncooked with onion and put in 9×12 baking dish with water. It was the easiest I've seen and came out perfect every time. Always used fresh leaves she picked herself and topped with fresh lemon.

Now i wanna make dolma..! 😂. Ive made them Many times… w a cucumber dill sauce. Oh myy.my. Its 3:30. AM i cant sleep. But what can i do !?)D i can make a meal to go into the freezer for a lazy day when i dont want to cook or dont have the time 🤗🤗🤗. Lovely reminder.. the grape leaves would be nice but they are really delish w Collard leaves too. I Improvised.. that when in Rome thing again 🤣🤣. Tah Tah..🤗🙏💝👍
