I don’t know what kind of chilis these are from the Indian market, but him going to see if they make good taqueria style salsa

20 Indian chilis
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
20 cherry tomatoes
Salt, MSG, vinegar to taste.

I’m roasting the veggies and the chilis under the broiler. Soaking the chilis and blend.

I’ll fry slightly and adjust the seasoning.

I’ll let you know if it is good.

    I ended up adding .25t of onion and garlic powder and 2t of ancho chili powder because I found it a little lacking flavor. It was just hot.

    Next time I’ll combine the chili with something more flavorful.
