I’ve been really curious to try the humble house stuff. My local grocer carries 5 or 6 of their line up. There is no real indication of spice level on any of them though, and typically when I’m looking for a new hot sauce I’m looking to fill a void left by a bottle I already finished. I typically keep 4 or 5 bottles of varying heat level around for different moods, or meals.

Love the Umble House. The tamarind really works well with the chilis. Great steak taco sauce.

I have the ancho and morita sauce and I love it, it’s great, it tastes great it is not very spicy but it adds so much flavor to a plate. The smokiness of it, I love it.

Shout out to [Hot Sauce Bar](https://www.hotsauce-bar.com/) for bringing the heat to Tokyo!
I also tried the [Aka Miso](https://hot-sauce-bar.myshopify.com/collections/all-products-%E3%81%99%E3%81%B9%E3%81%A6/products/aka-miso) (as seen in Hot Ones, I guess?) and enjoyed it, but we decided it wasn’t feasible since I would have to solo the bottle.

I dislike the tall, skinny, ten dollar sauces
