Noon Panir Sabzi… translates in Persian to Bread, cheese and herbs. Also known as my favourite childhood snack!

This is a very popular food combination in Iran that you can literally eat at any time of the day and it always hits the spot!

  1. Ι'm Greek and that was never my favourite snack, Idk how or why people would EVER give feta with mint and walnuts to a kid rofl

  2. The amount of fat in this one dish is actually pretty crazy because you applied olive oil twice and you added cheese with walnuts. That’s like a daily serving in one serving.

  3. You need to start eating some full grain unprocessed carbs bc all your starch is amylase

  4. If you don't like feta cheese, you can change it to greek yogurt. I grew up eating both versions. So good!!! I keep forgetting the name tho😅 there is also another snack that we would eat in the summer. Feta cheese and watermelon in pitta bread. It hits the spot for sure.
