500g Lamb Mince
1 Brown Onion Chopped
Handful Parsley Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1-2 Tsp Oregano Leafs
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Coriander Dried Leafs
1 Tsp Sweet Paprika
1 Tsp Salt

*Tzatziki Dip
1 Zucchini Grated (Peeled and Water Squeezed Out)
Salt
120g Greek Yogurt
4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
Fresh Dill
Half Lemon Squeezed
Salt
1 Tsp Canny Pepper
4 Fresh Mint Leafs Chopped
Lemon Zest

  4. Hey Blakey when you do your onions try cutting the ends off than soak them in cold water to try suck most of the juices inside out at worse the onions will be watered down and will not sting your eyes as much

  5. I ate something like this in Pakistan made up of beef. Its was delicious. ,👌
