  1. Did you happen to see if they also had sambal? I’ve been missing that even more

What the fuck I was just there earlier tonight and bought off brand. It wasn’t with the other knockoffs 🙁

They chili’s aren’t the original ones. They’re from Mexico

Sriracha is fine and dandy, but I’ll take the sambal olek, or the garlic chili over Sriracha every time.

Ugggghits soooo hard. I want to buy it because it’s so good but the guy is such a colossal piece of shit wrapped in skin. If he could catch fire and scream while squirting blood all over the place while being live streamed it wouldn’t be enough.

Doesn’t taste the same. It’s sad.

Hmart also had some in stock today, on an aisle end cap!

Yellowbird is a very acceptable substitute.

I saw some at Pflugerville H-E-B today. There was no sign but youre only allowed one bottler per transaction. So I did a separate ring to get two bottles.

It is hard to find. Far West doesn’t have it. The better one is Polar regardless. I think it is at
every HEB. I want chili garlic sauce back. Huy Fong pulled a Walmart on the chili producer which really is the main reason they are having a hard time producing. Polar is really good and didn’t try to cheap out the farmers like the dude that owns the other company. I like both but the how they treated the farmers makes me not want to even have it. The crop has failed somewhat two years in a row also. Seriously try Polar, I’ve preferred it over rooster for a long time. It’s sweeter and not as hot. I just like Polar everything. I wish Polar would make a chili sauce.

I’m down to my last couple of tablespoons of sambal.

It’s not the same product. Hoy Fong had a dispute with the farm that produced the peppers. That farm started making a similar hot sauce with the original peppers labeled as Underwood Ranch Sriracha. Hoy Fong found another source, and that’s what you are seeing hit the market now. It doesn’t taste the same.
