Onion soup is French, and curry isn’t Italian at all.
Considering the four options the “parmigiana di melanzane” is the most authentic. You could show the two main variants: the one with the eggplant slices fried with anything, the other one with the slices first battered in flour and egg.
Ti parlo in italiano perché ho dato un’occhiata al tuo canale e ho visto che parli benissimo l’italiano.
Preparati ad un sacco di commenti rudi, soprattutto per la scelta dell’ultima ricetta, quella col curry.
Come saprai già, la lista delle ricette italiane è pressoché infinita…c’è qualche cucina regionale che ti ispira di più? Vorresti fare delle cose semplici o più difficili? Tradizionali o più “globalizzate”?
Primi, secondi, antipasti, dolci? Cosa preferisci?
Infine il canale promette bene, la qualità è già alta. E complimenti per l’italiano, ti è rimasto un LIEVISSIMO accento…dell’Est Europa? Non saprei dirlo con certezza perché è impercettibile.
