    Can have a little fun with the apple. A sweet apple to add to the sweetness or a tangy apple to add a bit of tanginess.

  2. Red cabbage and onion are always puzzling me. Don’t know what to do with it except eating raw, but it’s good idea mixing up with apple, red onion and garlic to sweeten up. Easy right!👍😋

  3. We also add cloves (put in a herb bag if you don't want to bite on them, or use ground cloves). It's such a comforting winter side dish!
