I tried a new high protein pasta (24 P, 190 cal per serving). It’s really good, tastes much better than other pastas with similar macros. right pic: one serving of pasta with roasted tomatoes, sauce, and basil

They also have a version that is only 100 cal, 8 g protein per serving. I haven’t tried that one yet. For comparison, the Fiber Gourmet is 110 cal, 7 g protein per serving.
Main ingredients for the 190 cal version: wheat flour, durum wheat flour, chickpea protein, soy protein concentrate, wheat protein isolate, pea protein, xanthan gum, iron, niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid.
The sauce I used for the pasta is pizza sauce which I prefer to regular pasta sauce.
I bought this on Amazon, but the company website also sells it (pastashoppe.com)
