  2. OMG Bridget, chicken thighs, love them. This is the 1st time I heard that nice short cut by putting holes along the edge.
    i have always crisped them up in a fry pan and then on sheet and into the oven. I had planned to make chicken thighs tonight. Thanx to u, i will not have to wash the pan and stove top. 😁😄😃

  4. I'm 66 and retired and live on a monthly check.Slow joe has sent us all to the poor house.I get 23 dollars of food stamps a month to eat of for the month.Chicken legs and thighs and hot dogs is all I can afford.Please help me with some recipes for these dishes..

  7. Did you know that the microwave DESTROYS almost everything nutritional in any food???? If you don't, you need to go and educate yourself. Till then refrain to post any recipes using microwave.

  8. BTW we don't all like anchovies and capers. As a matter of fact, I can't stand either. Way too salty. Also, you may have tons of time, but your recipe is just too complex.
