BAKED SALMON INGREDIENTS:
►1½ lbs salmon fillets (this was wild sockeye)
►2 Tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
►2 large or 3 small garlic cloves, pressed
►½ Tbsp Dijon mustard (we used Grey Poupon)
►½ tsp salt
►⅛ tsp ground black pepper
►⅛ cup mild olive oil (not extra virgin)
►2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
►Lemon slices (for effect 🙂

Did you say what’s the oven temperature?
Suggestion: bring fish to room temps for even cooking, squeeze lemon juice on it and let it sit to marinade for 15min or while fish comes to room temps. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Tried with 450F and under broiler. Thanks Natasha for great ideas!
